Cole Younger began his sales career selling real estate for a large regional firm while still attending Western Maryland College. Once out of college, Cole entered the life insurance business, selling for a Baltimore based insurance company, and then went on to a large national insurance firm.

After learning about the Sandler Selling System in 1990, Cole implemented its practice within his selling for the following 15 years, working for ADP Dealer Services as a software implementation specialist. Cole trained both in the classroom environment as well as onsite with groups and one-on-one coaching and consulting.

While Cole has experience ranging from door to door sales to managing one of the largest teams and financial assignments in the country, he recognizes that success lies in having an effective system that can be applied to a variety of business structures.

The effectiveness of Sandler Training led him to opening the franchise Cole Younger Training & Development, LLC in 2005. Since then he has worked with companies both large and small, representing multiple fields. It is Cole’s aim to help companies reach their unique individual goals.

True to Sandler’s concept of Finding Power in Reinforcement, Cole holds people accountable for their objectives and enjoys hearing about their triumphs, from accomplishing personal goals to making a sale after a dry spell.
