Our Professional Development Group works with businesses to facilitate growth and change within their organizations. First focusing on the current employees, we hold an initial program to set the stage and establish a culture for communications. Following the first program, we then work closely with the managers and executives in an Introduction Class structure to establish a system for Onboarding new employees, as well as the Pre-Onboarding process. After the Introduction classes, an ongoing Roundtable of managers meets monthly to discuss how to sustain the changes and continue growing. Topics such as supervising, coaching, evaluating, and team building along with conflict management and corrective action are explored. Many of the concerns we've heard about professional development programs are: 1. Companies feel they are too small and that therefore the training would be cost prohibitive; 2. Most programs require the organization to gather all the employees together at the same time; 3. The programs are inconsistently and inconveniently scheduled; 4. They are delivered differently each time; 5. The seminars are generally generic; and 6. The instructors are unfamiliar with the organization or industry of the attendees. In response to this feedback, we have created this program in order to allow any size business to cost effectively include their employees in professional development, and create a culture of effective communications and a high quality work environment. An ongoing schedule allows for individuals to attend when convenient, and does not require the entire organization to be interrupted in order for everyone to participate at one time. The workshops are personalized and customized for each participant with a consistent and interactive presentation, and with a trainer and coach who knows and understands your company and its goals.
